Research courtesy of the Bolger Heritage Center. All historical facts will be collected and verified by researchers working with the Bolger Heritage Center at the Ridgewood Public Library, and every attempt will be made to furnish accurate house facts, though historical records may differ.

 

About Us

Pinpoint My House was conceived in 2020 by Gail Ghezzi, who moved to Ridgewood in 2015. Before that, she lived in New York City, where she was a magazine designer for national publications and for historical books. As a new Ridgewood resident, Gail developed an interest in real estate and became a licensed NJ agent. She immersed herself in local history, especially the history of local homes (her father was a pioneering architect in Miami in the 1950s and 1960s). Pinpoint My House unites all her interests: history, architecture, and design.
